Frequently Asked Questions

  • We will need to get our vacuum hose to the furnace. Please have a path made, along with space to work around the furnace.
  • During the cleaning we will go to every vent in the home. Please have vents accessible.
  • Please stow away any delicate/fragile decor. We are always careful and do our best to avoid any potential accidents.
  • If you will be leaving during the cleaning, please have the car pulled out onto the street.

  • We love pets! However we ask that they are being watched, or stowed away while we are cleaning.

  • We will do a walk through of the home, and  answer any remaining questions.
  • Drop cloths will be placed on the floor, and corner guards will be set up to protect the home.

  • Most air duct cleanings take 3-4 hours from arrival to departure. You are welcome to stay as we work, or you can leave until we are finished.

  • We will most likely start on the top floor, and work our way to the basement.
  • The Furnace/AC will be turned off during the cleaning.
  • We seal off all vents in the home, to make sure the dust is pulled into our truck and not back into the air of the home.
  • Need a certain room cleaned first or last? Just let us know, we will try our best to make appropriate accommodations.

  • We accept cash, check, or credit card.
  • $10 processing fee for all credit card payments
